A brief guide to the essential oils used in our collection:
Lime
Lime Cold Pressed oil is a member of the Rutaceae family.
Due to its sweet and fresh aroma, this oil is classed as a top note scent that blends perfectly with other oils from a citrus, herby or woodsy nature.
Lime is an extremely powerful antioxidant, as well as a promoter of emotional harmony and well-being thanks to the uplifting effect Lime’s stimulating and refreshing scent has upon moods.
Eucalyptus Oil
Eucalyptus Australiana oil is a member of the Myrtaceae family.
Although known for its somewhat harsh and medicinal scent, Eucalyptus oil does have a pleasant woody-sweet undertone, thus classing it as a top-middle note that blends well with camphoraceous, woodsy and citrus oils.
Due to its antiseptic, antiviral and decongestant properties, Eucalyptus is brilliantly beneficial to the immune and respiratory system, as well as being a great insect repellent.
Cinnamon
Sandalwood
Sandalwood Australian oil is a member of the Santalaceae family.
Classed as a base note, this oil has a deep, soft aroma, that is sweet, rich, exotic and lingering. Thus blending well with earthy, floral, citrus, spicy and woodsy oils.
Renowned for its relaxing and calming properties, Sandalwood back in the Ancient times was used to help enhance meditation, but more so now as an aphrodisiac and an aid to diminish stress.
Lavender
Lavender French oil is a member of the Lamiaceae family.
Blending well with citrus, floral, spicy and woodsy oils, Lavender is both fresh and sweet - a scent preferred by many, and is classed as a top-middle note.
Lavender is an extremely versatile oil - albeit primarily being known to calm the mind, encourage sleep and relieve stress, Lavender is also full of antiseptic, anti-fungal, antimicrobial and antioxidant properties.
Clove Leaf
Clove Leaf oil is a member of the Myrtaceae family.
Clove Leaf oil has a sharp, woodsy tone classing it as a middle note. It pairs wonderfully with floral, spicy, woodsy and citrus oils.
Clove Leaf is a brilliant oil to use on skin issues such as acne and ulcers due to its antibiotic, antiseptic and antiviral properties. The oil is also good for relieving joint and muscle pain, as well as aiding the digestive and immune system.
Mandarin Red
Mandarin Red oil is a member of the Rutaceae family.

Ginger oil is a member of the Zingiberaceae family.
Ginger is a middle note scent hosting fresh and woody-spicy tones. The oil blends well with other woodsy and spicy oils, as well as citrus and floral ones.
Ginger is primarily known as a digestive aid and has been used over millennia in the treatments of malaria, toothaches and rheumatism due to its analgesic, antioxidant and antiseptic properties.
Ylang Ylang
Ylang Ylang Complete oil is a member of the Annonaceae family.
Due to its exotic, floral and sweet scent, Ylang Ylang is one of the most popular aromas. It is a middle-base note that smells wonderful paired with other floral scents, as well as oils with a citrus, spicy or woodsy tone.
Ylang Ylang hosts anti-infectious and antiseptic properties that aids the symptoms of eczema and acne. It can also be used to soothe dry and itchy skin and beneficial to skin that is aged or damaged. The pleasant, calming aroma of the oil also makes it a fantastic stress reliever.
Rose Otto or Rose
Rose oil is a member of the Rosaceae family.
The sweet, opulent smell of Rose is classed as a middle note that blends beautifully with oils of a citrus, spicy, woodsy and sweet nature.
Rose contains antibacterial and anti-fungal properties that makes it great for aiding skin conditions such as Eczema. It’s calming aroma also acts as the perfect reliever for stress and anxiety
Chamomile
Chamomile German Blue oil is a member of the Asteraceae family.
The sweet, herbaceous scent of this oil has a fresh fruity undertone. Classed as a middle note, Chamomile blends well with woodsy, spicy, floral and citrus scents.
Chamomile is best known for its soothing and sedative qualities, as well as aiding skin conditions such as Eczema or rashes due to its antibacterial properties.
Sweet Orange

Classed as a top note, the sweet, fresh-fruity scent of this oil blends perfectly with citrus, floral, herby, minty and spicy aromatic oils.
